Your use of our website signifies that you agree to these terms and conditions and that you consent to receiving required notices and to transact with us. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions we advise you not to use our website.

Payment. We shall advice on the mode of payment for any of our products or services upon your order with us. 2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Certain products or services may be available strictly on the online platform through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
Efforts have been made to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
2. SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM
Subscription Account. To participate in the Subscription Program you must create an account, with a valid email address, and a credit card and/or debit card.
Subscription Order Placement. The Subscription Program offers renewal of Products between one to four weeks. Susosu Water will automatically place and ship the Products in the renewal frequency indicated by you on the first Subscription purchase.
Subscription Order Amount. Your Subscription Program’s order’s final total may vary due to changes in price, tax rates, and/or shipping costs. Your order total will include sales tax, if applicable and shipping and handling costs.
Subscription Coupons. Please note that any coupons will only be applied to your first purchase or first subscription purchase. No coupons will be applied to a recurring, active Subscription.
Subscription Order Payment. The credit card you used to place your initial Subscription Program order will be charged until you cancel your Subscription Program order, or modify your credit card information. Subsequent orders will be charged the day the order is placed and forwarded to the warehouse for processing.
If your credit card is declined at the time of a Subscription Program order placement, your order will not be placed; you will be notified that your Subscription Program payment has failed and you will need to update your credit card information. We will try to process your credit card three times before canceling your Subscription Program. Once your payment information is corrected, your Subscription Program order will be processed. To update your credit card information, you can go to your “My Account” or email us at info@susosuwater.com with your name, email, and payment information.
Once a Subscription Program order is scheduled, no emails will be sent before subsequent Subscription Program order shipments are processed. It is your responsibility to have the appropriate funds for the renewing order.
The Products available for the Subscription Program are based on a current price. This means that item prices are not locked in and are subject to change.
Changing, Pausing, and Canceling Subscription Orders. If you wish to change, pause, or cancel subscription orders you may do so by logging in to "My Account" or reaching out to our team at Info@susosuwater.com with your name, email associated to your account, and a description of which Product or Products you’d like to pause, change, or cancel and for how long.

1. Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, Shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We are only able to ship domestically within the United States and do not ship outside the United States. 2. Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing to shop on our website and purchasing Susosu Water. We are constantly working to deliver the best product and unbeatable service to you. This policy applies to products purchased through the Susosuwater.com website (the “Website”). It does not apply to products purchased through any other website, including Amazon.com.
Refund. Except as expressly set forth in this policy, once you purchase a product from our Website, the transaction is complete and you will have 24 hours upon placing the order or until the product is shipped, whichever earlier, to cancel the order. We will not accept a return or refund of that product or exchange of that product for any reason. Susosu Water stands behind our Products and we will do our best to make it right. The company only replaces or refunds products that are either defective or damaged associated with our handling procedures. To request a refund or replacement for a damaged product send an email to info@susosuwater.com within 30 days of the date of your original order and all such refund requests shall have your name, order confirmation number, and must be accompanied by (i) written documentation outlining the reason for such refund request and (ii) photographic evidence of such damaged or defective Products. To be eligible for a refund, your ordered Products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. You shall be entitled to a refund or replacement after inspection of the damaged product. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in one business days.
Replacements. If the Product you received expires within one month, was damaged in transit, or is otherwise defective, we will replace it with a similar version of the Product at no cost to you.
Late remission. In the event that transmitted funds do not reflect in your account after a refund has been initiated, contact your bank or merchant first. There is often a processing time delay of a few days before a refund is posted. If you haven't received a refund yet, check with your bank again.
